You agree that your User Content will not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contain hate speech, harassment, or bullying

- Promote violence or illegal activities

- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Saviero
- Use automated systems to access Saviero without our permission
- Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
- Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account to another party
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our app
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Saviero's Rights
Saviero and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Saviero and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Trademarks
The Saviero name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Saviero. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
7. In-App Purchases
Saviero may offer virtual items or currency for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Saviero may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
9. Disclaimers
SAVIERO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- Saviero will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using Saviero will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the app will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVIERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saviero and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Saviero or your violation of these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Saviero shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Saviero after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Saviero immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Saviero will immediately cease.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saviero regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
